A propertys FLUM designation can be obtained from either the Osceola County Planning & Zoning Office at 407 343-3100 or the Osceola County Property Appraiser website at www.property-appraiser.org.
If needed, a letter confirming the future land use and corresponding zoning of a property may be obtained from the Planning & Zoning Office; $40.00 for a General Letter and $100.00 for a Detailed Letter. The property’s tax parcel identification number PIN or address must be provided to determine the FLUM designation. The tax parcel identification number can be obtained from the Osceola County Property Appraiser’s Office, which can be contacted at 407 742-5192.
