The Toho Preserve Development of Regional Impact is a mixed use project. It includes the 2,976 single-family dwelling units; 639 multi-family dwelling units a minimum of 339 units shall be developed for condominiums ownership and the remainder may be developed as multifamily rental units; 350,000 square feet of retail; 100,000 square feet of office; 100,000 square feet of Category 1 Institutional Uses; and, the necessary amount of square feet of building area and site acreage, not to exceed nineteen 19 acres of site area, to provide required Category 2 institutional uses such as public schools and fire stations. This project was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on March 31, 2008. This project has a build-out date of 2027.
