Westside DRI
The original Development Order for the Westside DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on September 10, 2002. This Development Order has been amended. The current development program consists of 3,855 residential units, 523,177 SF of retail/service uses, 325 hotel rooms, and 80,000 SF of office space. The development will be completed in one phase, with a buildout year of 2013.
