DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Fallchase DRI was first approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on November 16, 1987. The Development Order has been amended several times since that first approval. The project consists of 195,000 SF of retail use and 1,030 hotel rooms, 140 acres of theme park along with supporting roads and stormwater management ponds on 227.2 acres. There are also 191.6 acres of conservation areas and 39.4 acres of open space provided in this DRI.
