DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The original Development Order for the Formosa Gardens Center DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on July 31, 1989. The Development Order has been amended several times. The development plan consists of 1,230 hotel rooms, 401,050 SF of commercial use, 20, 000 SF of office use, 961 residential units including up to 120 timeshare units, a 5,000 SF clubhouse, and 199.5 acres for common areas. The total DRI size has a current buildout date of July 25, 2010.
