DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Remington DRI was first approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on March 26, 1990. The current development plan consists of 1,650 single family dwelling units, 110 multi-family dwelling units, an 18 hole golf course with clubhouse and maintenance facility, 20,000 SF of retail use, and a 10 acre school site. Currently the golf course and associated facilities, a Charter School, 1483 single family dwelling units, and 110 multi-family dwelling units have been completed.
