DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club DRI was first approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioner in December of 1990 under the project name of the World Golf and Tennis DRI. The Development Order has been amended several times and has a current buildout date of December 31, 2019. The project has 3,950 resort villas/time share units, 186,250 SF of retail space, 6,000 SF for a quality restaurant, 6,000 SF for a day care, an 18 hole golf course and 6 tennis courts with related facilities including a 225,000 SF golf clubhouse. The total project size is approximately 606 acres.
