Reunion DRI
The Reunion Resort & Club of Orlando DRI was first approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on July 8, 1992. The Development Order has been amended several times and has a current buildout date of December 31, 2019. The project has 6,233 residential dwelling units, 1,574 hotel rooms, 140,000 SF of office space, 484,000 SF of retail space, and a 54 hole golf course on a total project size of approximately 2,226 acres.
