DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Xenorida DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioner on August 23, 1994. This DRI was separated from the Little England DRI which was first approved on June 23, 1980. This Development Order has been amended several times and has a current buildout date of December 6, 2016. The project has 5,050 hotel/timeshare units, 520 residential dwelling units, 429,077 retail/service SF with 2,146 parking spaces, 42,000 SF for attraction/recreation with 1,050 parking spaces, and 1,250,000 SF of office space. The total project size is approximately 359.33 acres.
