The Osceola Trace Development of Regional Impact was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on July 27, 1988. The Development Order has been amended several times and has a current buildout date of 2017.The Osceola Trace DRI is a mixed use development of approximately 1,159.9 acres. The development includes: 1,114,000 SF of commercial space; 9,000 hotel rooms; 868 residential dwelling units; 3,600,000 SF expo center space; 25,000 SF institutional space; 125,000 SF convention center space; and 1,281,000 SF of office space.
