The Osceola Corporate Center Development of Regional Impact was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on October 20, 1989. The Development Order has been amended several times and has a current buildout date of December 17, 2014. The development includes: 1,402,616 sq. ft. office space; 1,874,658 sq. ft. of retail space; 887,163 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space, and 662 hotel/multi-family units on a total project size of approximately 917.9 acres.
