DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Landmark Sun Resort & Spa Development of Regional Impact is a mixed use development of approximately 77 acres. The Landmark DRI is an upscale planned resort hotel development; consisting of a variety of hotel forms. A full spectrum of amenities, recreation and entertainment features, administrative and hospitality facilities, conference facilities and ancillary retail/service facilities will be available for the exclusive use of the guests of the Landmark DRI. The development includes: a maximum of 3,460 hotel keys, of which 922 units are vested in accordance with BLIVR-0605-004; 10,000 SF of restaurant space, a 30,000 SF Spa, 47,000 SF of commercial space, 250,000 SF of conference / culture center space, a water park, and parking areas, of which 61,000 SF is vested in accordance with BLIVR-0605-004, 30,500 of which is retail. The Landmark DRI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 8, 2008. It has a project buildout date of 2022.
