DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Resort World Development of Regional Impact was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on August 20, 2002 under the name of Resort World / Star Island DRI. The Development Order has been amended to split the Resort World / Star Island DRI into two separate DRIs. The Resort World DRI is a mixed use development of approximately 26.1 acres contained in Parcel A and B on the associated Map H. The development includes 341 residential timeshare units and has a current buildout date of December 31, 2008.
