DCI and DRI Maps and Documents

The Tranquility Development of County Impact is an approved mixed use development of approximately 552 acres. The Tranquility DCI PD is approved for 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail/service/non-residential uses, 811 mixed single family residential dwelling units, 900 mixed multi-family residential dwelling units, ancillary residential uses parks, recreation, open space and pedestrian/bicycle facilities, road networking to interconnected DRI projects and an elementary school site with 1,110 student stations. The Tranquility DCI was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 22, 2008.
