The Bella Tara Development of County Impact Planned Development is planned as a one phase project, with a build-out date of 2014. It includes the 1,740 mixed residential dwelling units with a variety of product types and prices to include 1,290 single-family dwelling units including one existing home site and 450 multi-family dwelling units on a total of 655.9 acres. There is potential to include one neighborhood center in the future if it is required by the Smart Code or the Conceptual Master Plan for Mixed Use District 2. This project was approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on March 30, 2009.
