The CTS Investments Development of Regional Impact was originally approved by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners on December 17, 1997. The Development Order has been amended once and has a current buildout date of December 31, 2016. The development includes: 360,000 sq. ft. of time share village, 1,000,000 sq. ft. of Asian trade center, 330,000 sq. ft. of commercial, 1,000 rms of hotel new, 335 rms of hotel existing, 100 units of villas, 145,000 sq. ft. of cultural village, and 20,000 sq. ft. of theme park. The total project size is approximately 484 acres.
