The applicant is requesting to change the zoning from Agricultural (AC) zoning to Planned Mixed Use Development (PMUD) and to outline development standards for the project. The community meeting will take place on December 9, 2009 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Osceola County Extension Office.
