Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Osceola County Planning Commission beginning at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, on October 7, 2010 at the Osceola County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Square, 4th Floor, Commission Chambers, Kissimmee, Florida, to consider the following:

Commission District: 4 The Applicant requests to amend the Comprehensive Plan by changing the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation on approximately 0.51 acres of land from Low Density Residential to Community Commercial. The property is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Pecan Street and Pinewood Street.
Commission District: 3 The Applicant requests to amend the Zoning Map by changing approximately 2.4 acres of land from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) Zoning to Rural Development - One Acre (R-1) Zoning District. The subject property is located on Reaves Road, one parcel west of the intersection of Reaves Road and Pleasant Hill Road.
Commission District: 3 The Applicant requests to amend the Zoning Map by changing approximately 2.49 acres of land from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) Zoning to Commercial Restricted (CR) Zoning District. The subject property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road & Reaves Road.
