A Supplier Diversity program functions to improve business and economic opportunities for minority, women, and service-disabled veteran business enterprises.

Service-Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (SDVBE)
Osceola County has set an overall goal of 25% for M/WBE participation on all construction projects (including continuing service contracts), procurement contracts for goods and services, and contracts for professional services, where participation is feasible. Goals are established on a project by project basis based on demonstrable evidence of the availability of ready, willing and able M/WBEs relative to all businesses ready, willing and able to participate on Osceola County contracts.
