M/WBE Certification
If a firm has been issued M/WBE Certification with any Florida governmental agency, FMSDC or WBENC, the County will honor the current valid certification through reciprocity.
To be added to the Osceola County database, firms will need to complete an application for reciprocity and submit it along with a copy of their certificate and a completed W-9 form the procurement services office.
Firms outside of Osceola County are advised to seek certification with one of the many M/WBE certifying Florida governmental agencies, FMSDC, or WBENC, and apply for reciprocity with Osceola County.
