Construction Management
The Construction Management Section is responsible for both Contract Construction Management and Development Construction.
Development Construction is responsible for the inspection of all new public subdivisions, commercial/industrial developments, and lot grading plans. In addition, this section is also responsible for the inspection of the right-of-way utilization and driveway permits.
Contract Construction Management handles the administration of contracts for engineering projects. For example: road widening, road re-alignment, sidewalk construction, and stormwater improvement projects to name a few. In addition, the Contract Construction Management Section is responsible for the construction management and inspection of these projects.
For a listing of current County construction projects, please select the Current Projects menu item for a list of such projects. In addition, this section can assist you with borrow pit/excavation permits. To download a blank excavation permit application please select the Permit menu of this departmental website.
