Status

The City of Kissimmee City and Osceola County County are conducting a Project Development and Environment PD&E Study to recommend a preferred alternative for the widening of Hoagland Boulevard/Pleasant Hill Road from US 17/92 John Young Parkway in the south to US 192 Vine Street in the north. This study will identify the preferred improved typical sections for the corridor to meet capacity demands, to increase safety and to provide enhanced pedestrian features for residents and users of the corridor. During the study process, the engineering, economic, social, and environmental impacts of the proposed project are being analyzed. The basic activities of a PD&E Study are: Data Collection, Alternatives Development and Public Involvement.
