Mission Statement
The mission of the Soil and Water Conservation District SWCD is to provide the administration of programs to conserve soil and improve water quality and quantity on private lands in Osceola County.
Goals
To provide technical assistance to decision makers for the planning and implementation of a system of conservation practices, which protects the natural resources and permits sustainable uses.
