Osceola County, the City of St. Cloud and the City of Kissimmee are holding a Stakeholders Meeting in regards to the new preliminary flood hazard maps.

Are you a Lender, Realtor, Surveyor, Engineer, Builder/Developer, Insurance Agent, Flood Zone Determination Company, Business, Community Association, Civic Organization, or a Chamber of Commerce? If so, you have a stake in this meeting.

  • Approximately 11,000 properties have been affected.
  • The new maps mark the first time in 10 years that a comprehensive re-examination has been conducted.
  • The maps are only preliminary; this meeting gives Stakeholders the chance to review the changes.
  • This meeting will be staffed with representatives from the City of St. Cloud, the City of Kissimmee and Osceola County.

The new Preliminary Flood Insurance Rate Maps will be available after 08/16/11, please check back at that time.
