The Stormwater Section is also responsible for compliance with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System NPDES Phase 2 Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System MS4 Permit and the Total Maximum Daily Load TMDL Program; as well as implementation of the Federal Flood Insurance Program NFIP and the Community Rating System CRS.
