  • 1.01) When can a petition be filed with the Value Adjustment Board?

    The petition must be filed with the Clerk of the Value Adjustment Board 25 days after the TRIM notice is mailed.

  • 1.02) Is there a filing fee for a Value Adjustment Board petition?

    A $15.00 filing fee shall be paid to the Clerk of the V.A.B. at the time the petition is filed. No petition will be accepted by the Clerk unless accompanied by the appropriate filing fee.

  • 1.03) When are the Value Adjustment Board hearings scheduled?

    The Petitioner will receive a letter from the Clerk of the V.A.B. notifying of the scheduled hearing date and time. If a letter is not received, the Petitioner needs to contact the Clerk of the V.A.B.
