News Brief - Hurricane Training Exercise at the Emergency Operations Center

Hurricane Season is officially here and Osceola County personnel are ready for whatever the season brings. Staff and various partners spent the day training and preparing to activate and successfully handle any issues which may occur during hurricane season. An important aspect of the exercise is building communication and brainstorming solutions to problems posed by a storm. Operations Manager Richard Halquist explains why this training is so important.
