Overview

Manage orderly growth and development through administration of the Osceola County Land Development Code to ensure compliance with the Osceola County Comprehensive Plan and enforcement of various County codes and ordinances.

Land Development Code

The Land Development Code (LDC) serves as a primary implementation vehicle for the 1991 Osceola County Comprehensive Plan. There are 20 Chapters to the LDC, most of which may be found by following the links provided here.
