Real Estate Management
Real Estate Management provides right of way and real estate acquisition, analysis, counsel, land development services, leasing representation, and lease management services to County departments and agencies while promoting and safeguarding the public interests.
The Real Estate Management Department's Mission is to provide exceptional service to our stakeholders (citizens, entities, and County departments) through continuous planning, budgeting, and monitoring of the County’s real estate activities and by the implementation of effective and efficient high performing processes while promoting & safeguarding the public interests in governmental real estate services.

Right of Way Dedications
Right of Way Deeds of Dedication are used to convey property from a private owner to the County to fulfill County approved Site Development Plan requirements or in accordance with a developer agreement obligation approved by the Board.
To process a Deed of Dedication for Board approval, the following documents must be submitted to Right of Way staff:
- Condition of Approval letter from County detailing the required dedication (copy of SDP letter or copy of developer agreement).
- Title Work
- Phase 1 ESA (Environmental Site Assessment)
- Sketch of Description of area of dedication
- Deed of Dedication (see Template here) prepared for review by County Attorney prior to executing
