Community Meeting - Rural Enclave #5, LDC Changes

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Rural Enclave #5 (Starline Estates) and the Land Development Code changes to the Boundary of the Narcoossee Community Plan.

1. 5:45-6:30pm Starline Estates Rural Enclave: A Rural Enclave area is primarily larger residential lots intended to allow the continuation of rural characteristics and activities. Some property owners are considering removing parcels from the Rural Enclave.

2. 6:30-7:00pm Narcoossee Overlay: Changes to the Land Development Code, Article 3.12, Narcoossee Community Development Intent and Standards. The discussion includes change to the perimeter boundary and contents of the Narcoossee Community Plan recognizing deletion of MXD#7 and extending the Narcoossee Overlay south to Rummel Road, amending the maps to reflect changes.
