NHF Wellness Series

Are you ready to take your health to a new level, but need help getting started? Together, we can work to achieve your goals! During the 6 weeks, participants will track their weight, BMI, and body composition in hopes that you will see improvements in your health as we progress through the series. Topics and other information is on the website. The cost is $15 per person, however, you may bring a family member or friend for no additional charge.
