2012 Elevation and Floodproofing Certificates

FEMA has released the revised 2012 Elevation Certificate and 2012 Floodproofing Certificate. FEMA announced that it will permit a "phase-in" of the revised Elevation Certificate on a voluntary basis FEMA will accept either the new form or the old form until August 12,2013. Elevations certified after the last day of the transition period (August 12,2013) must be submitted on the new Elevation Certificate form which has the expiration date of July 31, 2015.
