Notice is hereby given that Public Hearings will be held by the Osceola County Planning Commission beginning at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, on 07/10/2014, and by the Board of County Commissioners beginning at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as practical, on 07/21/2014, in the Osceola County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 4th Floor, 1 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741 to consider the following.

1. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-133 for ZMA14-0085: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Planned Development (PD) to Commercial Tourist (CT), on certain real property generally located south of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, west of Formosa Gardens Boulevard, east of State Road 429, and north of Funie Steed Road, and comprised of approximately 320.79 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date. 2. Adoption of Resolution #14-061R, for DRI14-0001: Approval to rescind the Development Order for the CTS (a.k.a. Rolling Oaks) Development of Regional Impact (DRI) consistent with Florida Statutes, consisting of approximately 312.5 acres of land. The property is generally located south of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, west of Formosa Gardens Boulevard, east of State Road 429, and north of Funie Steed Road. 3. DRI14-0002 Request: Approval to amend and restate the Parkway/Park Equus Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Development Order (DRI09-0001) to modify permitted uses in the development program, account for previously approved development activity and legislative extensions, request an additional 3 year extension to the build out date, and change the reporting requirement from annual to biennial. The subject property, which is approximately 194 acres, is located north of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, south of West Osceola Parkway, east of Interstate 4 (I-4), and west of International Drive. 4. PD14-00009 Request: Approval to amend and restate the previously approved Parkway/Park Equus Planned Development (PD) (PD09-00005) to modify permitted uses on Parcel 6D and account for previously approved development activity on Parcels 2B, 3A, and 6A. The subject property, which is approximately 194 acres, is located north of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, south of West Osceola Parkway, east of Interstate 4 (I-4), and west of International Drive. 5. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-131 for ZMA14-0090: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) to Institutional (IN), on certain real property generally located at the southwest intersection of Labor Camp Road and South Orange Blossom Trail, and comprised of approximately .46 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date. 6. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-125 for ZMA14-0087: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) and Rural Development-One Acre (R-1) to Institutional (IN), on certain real property generally located on the Northwest corner of Pleasant Hill Road and Reaves Road, and comprised of approximately 7.32 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date. 7. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-130 for ZMA14-0089: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Commercial Restricted (CR) to Commercial General (CG), on certain real property generally located at the southeast intersection of Shakerag Road and Boggy Creek Road, and comprised of approximately 1.75 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date. 8. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-126 for ZMA14-0086: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) to Low Density Residential (LDR), on certain real property generally located on the east side of Hickory Tree Road, north of Old Hickory Tree Road, west of Windsong Lane, and comprised of approximately 9.24 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date. 9. Adoption of Ordinance #2014-127 for ZMA14-0088: An Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, changing the zoning designation from Agricultural Development and Conservation (AC) to Urban Settlement (US) on certain real property generally located west of Zuni Road, north of Jack Brack Road and south of Cyrils Drive, and comprised of approximately 5.18 acres, more or less; amending the official zoning map; providing for correction of scrivener's errors; providing for severability; providing for conflict; and providing for an effective date.
