IC Changing of Meeting Location

The Common Facilities Districts will conduct open public meetings at the Osceola County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Square, changing the meeting location to Suite 2501, Kissimmee, Florida, as follows:

Indian Creek CFD, at 12:00 p.m.:  Wednesday, March 08, 2017, second quarter; Wednesday, May 10, 2017, (2 meetings) public hearing and third quarter; Wednesday, August 09, 2017, fourth quarter; and Tuesday, November 14, 2017, first quarter for FY 2017/2018.

In accordance with Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Supervisors with respect to any matter considered at these hearings, that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to based.  All meeting facilities are accessible in accordance with the American with Disabilities Act.  Any additional necessary accommodations will be provided with a 48 hour notice.  For more information call the Clerk of the Board at 407-742-2100.
