Notice of Moratorium on New Development in the East Us 192 Community Redevelopment Area (CRA)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Osceola County, Florida, on May 3, 2016 in regular session, at a properly noticed public hearing, adopted Osceola County Ordinance 2016-44, authorizing the establishment of a temporary moratorium on the acceptance, processing and consideration of all development applications, development orders, and building permits for all properties within the East US 192 Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). This moratorium shall be in effect until October 29, 2016, unless rescinded sooner.
