Rural Enclaves Community Meeting Cancelled

Dear Happy Trails (Enclave 6) Residents and Property Owners,

Osceola County is currently evaluating growth and development policies countywide, including Rural Enclaves. After careful analysis, staff is recommending no changes to the one (1) dwelling unit per five (5) acre density requirement within the Happy Trails Rural Enclave. This will be heard by the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners for final decision.

BASED ON THIS OUTCOME, THE APRIL 9TH MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
