Existing Industry Spotlight: Dunkin' Donuts

Osceola County, Florida - The Kissimmee Dunkin' Donuts facility provides goodies for 71 stores, Plant Manager Jason Turchaino says. He noted that the facility has 43 employees and services stores in Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, Flagler, Brevard and Marion counties. Located in the Kissimmee/Osceola County Enterprise Zone more more than 10 years, operators recently took advantage of incentives when making building improvements. Businesses in the zone can qualify for up to $5,000 in tax refunds for renovations to their building and purchasing new equipment.
