Jingles and Puma
The Shelter is running a special this weekend! For Caturday Saturday, May 9th, the fee for cats/kittens is waived, (that means cats are FREE to adopt). Dogs will cost only $20 this Saturday only. On this edition of Pets of the Week, meet Jingles, a grumpy-looking cat who is ready for a new home and Puma, a super-friendly lab mix who is a LONGTIMER in need of a home immediately.
Jingles (A208039) is a one year old female, Domestic Longhair calico cat. Because of her coloring, she looks like she is a bit grumpy. However, when held she purrs and has the softest fur you have ever felt. The purrfect lap cat for a couch potato.
Puma (A206843) is a wonderful, young, female Labrador Retriever mix. She arrived at the shelter quite skittish, but over time she has become more confident and now presents herself as friendly and playful. She loves to go on walks and would enjoy being part of an active family. She would probably do best in a home as the only pet. Please come to the Shelter and take a look at Puma, she is only $10 to adopt and she needs to find a home very soon.
The shelter has many animals currently available for adoption. There are several LONGTIMERS who are still waiting for forever homes. Please go to the shelter's adoptable pet website at www.osceolacountypets.com and take a look at the animals who still need homes. Long-timers are always only $10 to adopt.
Jingles, Puma, and many other homeless animals are currently at the shelter and they need new families right away! Please keep in mind, however, that the animals' stay at the shelter is EXTREMELY limited, and they may or may not be available when you arrive.
The Shelter is located at 3910 Old Canoe Creek Road in St. Cloud. To find more information on what animals are available, check the adoptable pets on the Osceola County Animal Services website at www.osceolacountypets.com.
