Osceola County Commissioner Brandon Arrington was proud to present Annette Brown-Best with her 2016 Woman Warrior Award. One of five Osceola County women recognized for the award this year, Brown-Best earned the award for her tireless efforts in advocating for improvements to Poinciana, Florida, including the Poinciana Medical Center, Poinciana Community Center, Poinciana Library and the Poinciana Parkway.
