What’s Up Osceola? TechCentral Open Now at Hart Memorial Library

Libraries are centers for lifelong learning and discovery, and this was obvious at the ribbon cutting for Osceola Library System's new TechCentral earlier this month. County Commissioners celebrated the opening of this brand new creative space, testing out the new tools and technologies now available that allow the community to gain the necessary skills to make their dreams a reality.
