Osceola News Minute - Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo at Osceola Heritage Park - Family Day - April 9, 2016

Most people consider Orlando one of the ultimate family vacation destinations. And what better way to top off a vacation than to enjoy rodeo at it's finest? Family Day at the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo took place on Saturday, April 9th at Osceola Heritage Park. This PRCA-sanctioned competition has been going on all week, and features champion rodeo cowboys and cowgirls in eight heart-pounding events, as contestants compete for more than $1 million in cash and prizes.

In this video, Commissioner Fred Hawkins, Jr. and a few of his young friends welcome you to enjoy a glimpse of what Family Day was all about. Also, you'll get a sneak peak of Commissioner Grieb and her new friends who will be on hand later in the evening for the Are You Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night. Look for her in an upcoming edition of the Osceola News Minute - Rodeo Edition.
There's just one more great day of rodeo action with Sunday's Championship Performance. But don't worry if you missed all the action this year, Osceola County has, count 'em, EIGHT more years of great rodeo performances to come. You'll want to be a part of every single year, as the RNCFR event in Kissimmee gets bigger and better!

In addition to live rodeo action, there was the RNCFR Tailgate Party featuring LIVE music every night, the Food Truck Bazaar, awesome western vendors and a Kids Zone! Go to RNCFR.com for highlights of the week's events, and bookmark the site so you can see the schedule and order tickets for the event in 2017.
