Sometimes it is necessary to submit corrections or design changes to the plans or additional information may be requested by Plan Review or a field inspector. In order to track all paperwork received in the department, we ask that you complete a transmittal form when submitting changes or new information. There are two forms available online for downloading.
- For permits that are still pending approval, please select the "Transmittal Form - Revisions for Pending Permits" link to
- For permits that are have been issued, please select the "Transmittal Form - Revisions for Issued Permits" link to the right.
Revisions are routed to the appropriate departments as indicated on the transmittal form. For this reason it is important that you specify what is being submitted, i.e., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, site plan, change of size or location, etc... There is no charge for the first revision you submit. Subsequent revisions are charged at a rate of $5 per page with a $20 minimum fee. Each revision must be approved, picked up and posted on the job site for the building inspector.
