The Office of Audit and Operational Improvement (AOI) was established to provide consulting and advisory services to County departments including facilitation of process mapping and business process improvements.

Our goal is to provide objective analysis, findings, and conclusions to assist management and those charged with governance and oversight with, among other things, compliance, risk reduction, cost reduction, revenue growth, and efficiency.
