Osceola County staff is holding a community meeting to provide information and receive input from residents on the request to amend the Buenaventura Lakes Planned Development (PD21-00009). The request is to allow a change to the product type from garden apartments to townhome apartments, resulting in a reduction of sixty-six (66) units.
