Jack Brack Road Public Meeting

Osceola County invites you to a public meeting regarding proposed improvements to Jack Brack Road from Narcoossee Road to Absher Road on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The in-person meeting will be conducted as an Open House from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of this project is to enhance safety along Jack Brack Road. The proposed improvements will widen and reconstruct the roadway into a two-lane divided urban roadway with a raised median and closed drainage system. To enhance safety for all users, the corridor speed limit will be lowered to 35 mph, and buffered bike lanes and 6-foot sidewalks will be incorporated throughout the corridor. Additional improvements include the construction of stormwater ponds, signalized intersections at Zuni Road and Absher Road, and the addition of street lighting. Modifications to the existing signal at Jack Brack Road and Narcoossee Road may be needed. The public meeting is being held to present information and receive community feedback.

There are multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting.

• In-Person Option: Participants may attend in person by going to Narcoossee Middle School cafeteria, located at 2700 N. Narcoossee Road, St. Cloud, FL 34771. Directional signs will be provided.
