Pursuant to Florida Statute 420.9075, Local Housing Assistance Plan
OSCEOLA COUNTY & CITY OF ST. CLOUD ANNOUNCES THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM THROUGH THE STATE HOUSING INITIATIVES PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (SHIP)
Osceola County was allocated SHIP funds for Fiscal Year 2022-2023
The distribution of funds allocated for Purchase Assistance Program was $1,000,000.00
Applications will be available to eligible families beginning March 1, 2023, at 8:00am

To apply, applicant(s) must have completed a First-Time Homebuyers Course within the last 2 years and have a Pre-approval Letter from one of the SHIP Participating Lenders.

Distribution of SHIP funds will be based on “first-come, first-ready, first-served” basis
