Notice is hereby given that the Department of Human Services has amended the FY 2018-2019 Action Plan CDBG Program to decrease funding to the Traffic Calming Techniques project by $113,000 in order to increase funding to the installation of sidewalks along Osceola between OBT and Michigan Avenue Parkway – FY 2015-16 Action Plan- to provide safety pedestrian mobility. The Citizen Participation Plan says that changes to projects with no change in purpose, scope, or beneficiaries will constitute regular amendments that require no public comment. Such amendments should be posted in the Department website, and notify HUD after completion.

The activity was originally funded during 2015-2016 Action Plan, at $295,528. IDIS shows $79,256.99 withdrawn with a balance of $216,271.50. Additionally, Amendment No. 2 increased funding from deleted Neighborhood Enhancement project by $10,000; and leftover funds from Coralwood Traffic signal by $11,271.71; to the installation of sidewalks along Osceola Parkway from OBT to Michigan. |
