Hurricane Irma - EOC Operations and the Command Information Center

 

Due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Irma, the Emergency Operations Center is now fully manned by Emergency Management staff and Emergency Operations staff. From now, until well after the storm passes, personnel will be on hand around the clock to help inform and ensure the safety of the citizens of Osceola County. In this video, you will see the layout of the Incident Command Center and the various functions performed by each section. Most importantly, you can find a lot of hurricane preparedness information on the County's website at MySafety.Osceola.org or you can contact the Citizens Information Center at (407) 742-0000 and an operator can assist you in resolving issues in regards to preparing for the impending hurricane and its aftermath.
