Cart Placement Guide and Recycling Rules

CART PLACEMENT IS IMPORTANT! To ensure ecient collection service, carts must be THREE (3) FEET from parked cars, mailboxes, carts/containers, and the cart opening must be facing the street. Blocked carts, or carts too close to other objects CANNOT be serviced.
