Osceola County, Section 8 will be adopting Small Area Fair Market Rents (SAFMR) by ZIP codes effective January 1, 2025. Any new clients leasing up in our jurisdiction will be based on SAFMR. 

Beginning January 2026, current clients will have their recertifications processed based on SAFMR.
